The Pro Kabaddi League (PKL) Season 11 is set to kick off on October 18, 2024. Launched in 2014, the PKL is an Indian men's professional kabaddi league that has become the most popular kabaddi league globally and the second most-watched sports league in India, trailing only the Indian Premier League (IPL). Currently, Puneri Paltan holds the title of PKL champions.

The league is broadcast on Star Sports, with Disney Hotstar as its digital streaming partner, making it accessible to a wide audience of kabaddi enthusiasts.

Initially, there were doubts about the league's potential success, as kabaddi was less well-known compared to cricket, and there were fewer prominent players. The Pro Kabaddi League (PKL) was launched in 2014, inspired by the success of the kabaddi tournament at the 2006 Asian Games and the franchise-based model of the Indian Premier League (IPL). From Season 1 to Season 4, there were only 8 teams, but from Season 5, 12 teams have been participating in the Pro Kabaddi League.
