CSK secured Afghanistan's rising star, Noor Ahmad, for a whopping ₹10 crore after an intense bidding war with Mumbai Indians. Gujarat Titans utilized the Right to Match (RTM) option to up the bid but eventually backed out. The RTM card allows teams to reacquire players from their previous lineup.
