Despite a high-profile campaign and presenting Arvind Kejriwal as the "son of the soil," AAP is set to get no seats in Haryana, as of 11 a.m. trends. The party, which hoped to make its mark in the state after successes in Delhi and Punjab, only received 1.53% of the votes, according to the Election Commission.

AAP contested 89 out of Haryana’s 90 seats after failing to form an alliance with the Congress. However, the campaign struggled without Kejriwal’s presence. After he was released on bail in the Delhi liquor policy case on September 13, Kejriwal joined the campaign, holding his first roadshow on September 20, just three weeks before the polls. But it seems his late entry didn’t sway voters.

In 2019, AAP lost all 46 seats it contested in Haryana, receiving fewer votes than the NOTA (None of the Above) option. Since its debut in 2014, AAP hasn’t won any seats in Haryana's Assembly or Lok Sabha elections.

AAP Rajya Sabha MP Swati Maliwal indirectly criticized Kejriwal, accusing him of betraying the INDIA bloc and dividing Congress votes. As trends showed the BJP heading for a third consecutive win in Haryana, Maliwal tweeted, "He entered Haryana to take revenge on the Congress. He accused me of being a BJP agent, but now he’s the one cutting Congress votes. He even fielded a candidate against Vinesh Phogat."

Maliwal urged Kejriwal to set aside his ego and focus on serving the people. She added, “There’s still time. Stop the drama and work for the people.”
