Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu warned Iran and its allies in the Middle East, saying that the "axis of terror" supported by Iran is falling apart. He referred to the recent deaths of key leaders, including Hamas chief Yahya Sinwar and Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah. Sinwar was behind the October 7, 2023, attack on Israel.

Netanyahu stated that Iran's influence over groups like Hezbollah in Lebanon, militias in Iraq and Syria, Yemen's Houthis, and Hamas is weakening. He expressed confidence that the Iranian regime's control over these regions will soon end, along with the suffering it has caused in countries like Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, and Yemen.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stated that the "axis of terror" built by Iran is collapsing, following the assassination of Hamas chief Yahya Sinwar and Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah. He announced Sinwar's death, emphasizing that the Iranian regime's "reign of terror" will also end. Netanyahu highlighted the elimination of several key figures in the Iranian-backed network, including Ismail Haniyeh and Mohammed Deif, asserting that their removal is a significant step against the Iranian influence in the Middle East.

While Netanyahu acknowledged that Israel's war against Hamas and its Iranian proxies is not over, he expressed confidence in Israel's eventual victory. He noted that during this conflict, Iran's allied groups have intensified their attacks on Israel and U.S. forces in the region. However, he remains hopeful about halting Iran's efforts and creating a better future.

The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) confirmed that Sinwar was killed in an airstrike in Gaza, calling it an important moment in the war. Netanyahu described this as a way for Israel to "settle the account" with Sinwar, who he claimed was responsible for one of the worst massacres in Jewish history since the Holocaust.
